Russell Professional Group was founded by Dr. Jon Russell in Victoria in 1992. With twenty years’ experience as an academic (at La Trobe University in Melbourne, and the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California) Dr. Russell conducted extensive research into the effects of work demands and psychological discord in the workplace. He moved into full-time consulting after pioneering a highly successful early intervention program for stress related injuries within Victoria Government departments.

In 2003, Dr. Russell was invited to implement his early intervention program across the Queensland Government and Russell Professional Group Queensland was established.

Russell Professional Group employs professional staff, including Clinical and Organisational Psychologists, who work with you to deliver customised and evidence-based solutions to restore individual or organisational health, maximise individual potential and enhance organisational performance.
